Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It covers the following areas:
Material Quality & Construction: Enjoy a 3-year warranty on the sturdiness, construction, durability, and termite-proofing of our wood products made from 100% real plantation wood. Our ISO 9001-certified metal products are covered for sturdiness, construction, durability, and rust-resistance.
Finish & Mechanism: Our Hettich hinges, metallic channels, and hardware from licensed vendors come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring export-grade quality.
Wood Finish: Our vendors, certified by leading national laboratories, provide top-notch finishes with NC sealer and lacquer for protection.
Metal Finish: High-quality electrostatically-applied polish and coatings ensure maximum durability and rust-prevention for our metal products.
If you encounter any issues with your Corsica Designs piece, please contact our dedicated team with photographs or videos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to find the best solution, including replacement parts, repairs, or complete replacements if necessary.
Exclusions:
Our warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. They cover normal use of the product for its intended purpose and do not cover issues resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial use.
Replacement & Resolution Policy
We put a lot of care into every Gharaana piece—and we want you to love it the moment it arrives. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.
Reporting an Issue
If you notice any damage, defect, or quality concern, please WhatsApp us at +91-9667111778 within 3 days of delivery.
Include clear photos or a video showing the issue. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any request—this helps us resolve concerns faster and more fairly.
Once we receive your message, our team will review it and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
How We Handle It
If the issue can be resolved on-site, we’ll arrange for repair as a priority—avoiding the need for pickup.
If on-site resolution isn’t possible, we’ll offer a full or partial replacement, depending on the situation.
Replacements & Pickups
To proceed with a replacement, the product must be securely repacked in its original packaging. This ensures safe return and helps avoid transit damage.
Replacements can only be sent once the product is packed correctly and ready for pickup.
Need the Replacement First?
In special situations, we may send a replacement before pickup if:
- The original packaging was damaged during transit, or
- You request this option and it is approved by our team, and
- You provide a fully refundable security deposit of 50% of the product value. This will be returned once the original item is picked up.
Refunds (If You Don't Want a Replacement)
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement:
- 70% of the product value is refundable.
- COD charges, shipping fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via NEFT.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any resolution request.
- We do not offer full refunds unless approved in rare cases.
