Finish & Mechanism: Our Hettich hinges, metallic channels, and hardware from licensed vendors come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring export-grade quality.

Wood Finish: Our vendors, certified by leading national laboratories, provide top-notch finishes with NC sealer and lacquer for protection.

Metal Finish: High-quality electrostatically-applied polish and coatings ensure maximum durability and rust-prevention for our metal products.

If you encounter any issues with your Corsica Designs piece, please contact our dedicated team with photographs or videos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to find the best solution, including replacement parts, repairs, or complete replacements if necessary.

Exclusions:

Our warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. They cover normal use of the product for its intended purpose and do not cover issues resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial use.

Delivery Network

We proudly serve over 18,000 PIN codes (~95% of India) with the help of our trusted national logistics partners, Bluedart and Delhivery. Around 95% of these areas enjoy free shipping, while a nominal fee may apply to the remaining 20% (Outside Delivery Areas).

Replacement Policy

We offer a 3-day hassle-free replacement policy if you encounter any damage, defects, or quality issues.

For anything less than perfect delivered by us, there is no cost to our customers. For replacements/exchanges without product issues, however, our customer support team will determine if a replacement/ exchange is applicable on a case basis.

To raise an issue, kindly reach out to us within the first 3 days of receiving the product, along with images or video of the concern, only on 91-9667111778.

For any transit or quality-related issues, we try to fix the problem at the customer's location through our service network to avoid the hassle of exchange. However, if the issue cannot be resolved locally to our satisfaction, we will pick up the product and replace it immediately. Please note that for any pickup to be arranged, customer is requested to keep the product packed.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or via NEFT transfer.

Keep items in their original packaging with all labels attached for a smooth pickup and replacement process. Please note that due to the heavy nature of our products, we do not offer return-for-refund, and allow only for replacements/exchanges in case of product concerns or specific case-based exceptions as determined by our customer support team.

Please note that any service charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, or shipping fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable under all circumstances.
